About "Guild" and "Chihiro Yamaguchi"

In 1996, Guild was established as a pure welted and hand sawn boots company by a master shoemaker Chihiro Yamaguchi. Since then, Guild continues manufacturing based in Asakusa where in the heart of Japanese shoemaking region.

In 1999, Guild founded "Guild Welted Footwear College" (now,has changed name "Saruwaka Footwear College") for who aims to be a shoemaker.

In 2006, we opened a flag shop in Ginza,Tokyo. Not only Bespoke, we also have semiorder system using finest calf leather from tanner of Europe.
Now, our products available also at Trading Post(Aoyama, Ginza and Osaka) and ANSHINDO(Hamamatsu).
